It can be used for many purposes and is suitable, for example, as:

- Showroom for fashion, art, product presentations
- Conference Location
- Location loft for corporate events (evening events until 10pm)

Room size:
about 150 m², room height over 3 meters!
- Additional room for catering / wardrobe / make-up room etc.
- Seats up to max. 70 persons
- Standing room for up to 150 people, e.g. with bar tables (exhibitions, etc.)

Half day price from Euro 620 (5 hours)
Full day price from Euro 920 (10 hours)
Extras:
Large furniture stock/ film prop rental in the house. Various seating arrangements are available for equipment depending on requirements.
The prop fund offers the perfect scenery for all theme events or photo shoots.
Dressing tables, wardrobe included in the price.
Provision of personnel possible on request.
